Q. What’s the earliest time I can check in and the latest time I can check out?
A. A check in time of 2pm and a check out time of 11am, unless pre-organised with reception.
Q. How long before my arrival date do I have to cancel my booking without incurring any charges?
A. Our cancellation policy requires guests to cancel at least 24 hours prior to 2pm on their arrival day to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within this period are subject to one full chargeable nights tariff.
Q. Is there any car parking?
A. Our lodge situated on South Street has a private car park just located behind the hotel.
Q. How far away is the town centre?
A. Ideally situated only a stones throw away from the main shopping centre, many leisure and entertainment facilities.
Q. What are the reception times?
A. Our hotel reception operates from 7am Mon – Friday, 8am Saturday and 9am Sunday. Any assistance required outside of these hours, our friendly duty managers can be found in the bars adjacent and are happy to help.
Q. What do I do in an emergency if the Reception is closed?
A. A member of the Management Team is available from 7am until 11pm in the bar adjacent to the hotel. For assistance after hours you will find a list of contact numbers you can dial from any room telephone for a member of our management team. If you are in need of the emergency service you can call out using the emergency 999 number.
Q. Is the hotel accessible for wheelchair users?
A. Our hotel has specially adapted disabled rooms on the ground level that are wheelchair accessible.
Q. Where is the Train and Bus Station from you?
A. Yeovil’s main bus station is located centrally within the town centre only a short walk from our hotel. Pen Mill train station is situated on the outskirts of the town centre approx 1.7 km and Yeovil Junction station approx 4.9km
Q. Do you provide hairdryers or Irons?
A. Hairdryers are provided in all the rooms, irons and ironing boards are available on request from Reception.
Q. Does my room have a shower or a bath?
A. All our rooms offer en-suite facilities including a bath and/or shower.
